after purchase. If items are Made to Order, they will be dispatched shortly after they are ready.
Delivery times range from 5-13 business days depending on the shipping destination. Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping times due to factors outside our control, like weather and courier delays.
All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
What's the return policy?
- If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible FemmeFineryshop items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept freight collect returns. But if items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fee. Returns initiated by the customer shall be at the customer's own shipping cost. The exact shipping rate depends on your chosen courier.

If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
Your FemmeFineryshop piece is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
When dirty, give it a quick wipe with a soft dry cloth; with it you can use some leather cleansing cream or a small amount of water; let water spills dry naturally.
