What's the return policy?
- If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible FemmeFineryshop items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.
- Customized products are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not accept freight collect returns. But if items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fee. Returns initiated by the customer shall be at the customer's own shipping cost. The exact shipping rate depends on your chosen courier.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
